Chris Kennedy
Chris Kennedy is a U.S. Army veteran, stage 4 cancer survivor, and 25-year software architect and engineer currently serving as Lead Engineer at Lockheed Martin. He founded Kenvar Capital in 2019 with a mission to bring engineering discipline to multifamily real estate.
His background in systems architecture, intelligence analysis, and building production software in regulated environments translates directly to real estate — where analytical underwriting, risk management, and operational precision determine outcomes.
